The Neotys Design Studio log files make it possible to follow up how Neotys Design Studio components behave and perform:

• Controller
• Load Generator Agents
• Load Generators
• Monitoring Agents
• Monitoring Engines
• Collaborative projects

• Information: Logs provide useful information about the performance of Neotys Design Studio. When assistance is needed, the Neotys Support may ask the logs to analyze the issue and solve it in the shortest time possible.

• Tip: When necessary, the depth of the information recorded in the log files may be customized in the file lglogs.xconfig available in C:\Program Files\Neotys Design Studio 5.5\conf\ (Windows Vista/Seven).
