Log of the Monitoring Agents

The log file of a Monitoring Agent contains all the actions on the Monitor Engines managed by the Agent.

It is the monitoring-agent.log file accessible:

• with the Open Logs Folder command:
  • in the Help menu of the NeoLoad Controller for a local Agent use
  • with a right-click on the Monitoring Agent icon in the systray, on the dedicated machine of the Agent
• directly in the directory of the NeoLoad logs:
  • C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Neotys\Neoload\v5.5\logs\ (Windows Vista/Seven) for a Controller installation and a local Agent use
  • C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Neotys\NeoLoad\v5.5\logs\ (Windows Vista/Seven) on the dedicated machine of the Agent

• To display the log of the Monitoring Agent of a Controller installation

1. Go to the logs directory:
   • In the Controller, click Help > Open Logs Folder, or
   • Open C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Neotys\Neoload\v5.5\logs\ (Windows Vista/Seven)
2. Open monitoring-agent.log

• To display the log of the Monitoring Agent of a dedicated machine

1. Go to the logs directory on the Agent machine:
   • In the systray, right-click the Agent icon and choose Open Logs Folder, or
   • Open C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Neotys\NeoLoad\v5.5\logs\ (Windows Vista/Seven).
2. Open monitoring-agent.log
