Switching performance left and right

The audience will learn some tips, tricks and best practices to assure performance on agile projects.

The presenter will go through a list of steps and action items to implement in an agile or DevOps project. Those steps will increase the ability to detect, trace and alert the team on performance defects. The examples and suggestions come from real life situations where the best practices were applied on diverse agile projects. Upon implementation, the best practices can detect instantly a vast list of defects in terms of functionality, internal errors and poor performance. The detection capabilities are rolled on the dev, test and production environments, increasing the chances for early detection while inheriting into production the same detection and alerting functionalities. The steps may also provide immediate tracing of bugs, customer affected, automatic bug reproduction steps, utilization metrics gathering, data analysis for test case detection and many more!
