VUH must be bought separately from the license and are only available with the Tricentis NeoLoad and Tricentis NeoLoad for SAP editions (for Web and Citrix tests only, VUH cannot be used for SAP GUI tests).

When on-premise, NeoLoad Web requires an internet access to the NeoLoad licensing platform and needs to be configured. For more details, please refer to the page: Enabling VUH for NeoLoad Web on-premise.
