The Neotys Design Studio module for AppDynamics sends specific information to AppDynamics during a Neotys Design Studio test. It adds additional information to the HTTP headers so that AppDynamics can list the transactions initiated from Neotys Design Studio.

When the Enable AppDynamics information option is selected, the function is enabled. The User Path names and Transaction names, and Other action names options are selected by default as the headers information.
All Neotys Design Studio requests are appended with the information selected. When properly configured—see Configure Neotys Design Studio Transaction naming in AppDynamics—AppDynamics can read the additional headers. The additional line allows AppDynamics to identify the business transactions of the test run using Neotys Design Studio.
