For Dynatrace 4.0 and above

With Dynatrace 4.0 and above, the recording name takes the form Neotys Design Studio-<project name>-<scenario name>

Neotys Design Studio communicates with the REST server of Dynatrace using the HTTP protocol. The Dynatrace server parameters must be configured for the automatic session recording to function. The Web Services (SOAP/REST) management service must be activated with Settings > dynaTrace Server > Services section> Management tab.

The continuous transaction storage option must be deactivated with Settings > dynaTrace Server > Storage section.

The connection settings are:

• Server: Name of the Dynatrace machine.
• Port: Web Server port of Dynatrace (default: 8020 for non-SSL connections, 8021 for SSL connections).
• Login: Administration account login (default: admin).
• Password: Password of the administration account.
• System: Dynatrace system name.
• The Fill in button makes it possible to fill in the list of available systems automatically.
