NeoLoad has no control over the open CA APM Workstation console. The NeoLoad user is responsible for overseeing the Workstation console shutdown. If applications are incorrectly configured in the monitored applications settings panel, the CA APM Workstation console may not open and may leave an active process on the system. In this case, it is important to shut down the processes manually in order to avoid any unnecessary drain on system resources.
