Support Contracts

Neotys offers two support levels for paid licenses:

Basic Support (NeoLoad only)

Basic support is standard and included with every license purchase:

  • Valid for 6 months.
  • Includes upgrades for minor versions.

Gold Support

Gold Support includes:

  • Upgrades for major and minor versions.
  • Provides bug fixes, feature requests, priority case processing.
  • Permits upgrades to the number of virtual users: cost to license additional virtual users is the net difference between the cost of the current number of VUs and the new number of VUs on the then current price list.
  • Automatically renewable.
  • Duration: 12 months (when purchased with NeoLoad) or term of subscription (NeoSense).
