Neotys Community

Neotys Community is a public platform to share ideas and best practices on NeoLoad. It's an opportunity to ask questions, get answers and even provide feedback directly to the R&D team about ideas for product enhancements. The searchable knowledge base will also help you get quick access to tips, tricks and best practices in addition to a wealth of information about NeoLoad itself

Support contract

Neotys proposes two support levels:

Basic Support

Basic support is standard and included with every license purchase:

  • Valid for 6 months.
  • Includes upgrades for minor versions.
  • Email support.

Gold Support

Gold Support must be purchased separately and includes for 12 months:

  • Includes upgrades for major and minor versions.
  • Provides bug fixes, feature requests, priority email and telephone support.
  • Permits upgrades to the number of virtual users: cost to license additional virtual users is the net difference between the cost of the current number of VUs and the new number of VUs on the then current price list.
  • Automatically renewable.
