Neotys proposes 2 support levels.

Basic Support

Basic support is included as standard with every purchase:

  • 6 months
  • Free upgrade for minor versions
  • Email support

Gold Support

Gold Support must be purchased separately and includes:

  • 1 year
  • Free upgrades for major and minor versions
  • Bug fix, features requests and priority e-mail and telephone support
  • Upgrade license to increase the number of virtual users: cost is based on the difference between the old and the new license

Note: The modules must match the license support level. If you purchase a NeoLoad license with Gold support, you must also purchase your module(s) with Gold support.
