As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a registration key by email, and a link to download the software. If you are using a trial version of NeoLoad and you decide to purchase the full version, you will simply receive a new registration key to unlock the software; there is no need to download NeoLoad a second time.

Short-term rental
After you download NeoLoad, you will have 3 months to install the rental license. The key is valid for 1 week (7 consecutive days) or 1 month (30 consecutive days) from installation.
Long-term rental
If you rent NeoLoad for several weeks, or several months, one license will be issued per week or per month. Please note that if you add n week licenses to your shopping cart, you will receive n licenses of one week, not one license of n weeks. Multiple licenses are zipped into a single file for ease of delivery.
Licenses are valid for use up to 3 months from delivery.
