Neotys is seeking a consultant with experience in Web technologies performance testing for its Services Center. 
The Position:
The successful applicant will be required to work in the following fields of activity, by order of importance:

Product consulting: He/she will carry out assignments providing training, feasibility studies and end-user assistance at Neotys clients’ and partners’ premises in France and overseas. He/she will also
provide these services remotely using state-of-the-art communication methods (webinar etc.).

Load testing services: He/she will carry out tailored load testing assignments using the NeoLoad software in France and overseas, from defining the client’s needs to analyzing, interpreting and presenting
the test results. These assignments will be carried out at the client’s premises. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the services provided by our partners and will act as project manager for this type
of assignment in France or overseas.

Pre-sales support: He/she will provide pre-sales support to our sales teams in the shape of product demonstrations and feasibility studies. Most of the demonstrations will be given in English and via
Internet, with some being carried out at the client’s premises in France and/or overseas.

Ancillary tools: He/she will take part in developing tools for consulting (best practices, FAQ etc.) and training.

Market intelligence.
The successful applicant will be required to work closely with the technical and sales teams. He/she will be directly responsible to the Services Center manager.
The successful applicant will be hired on an open-ended contract (CDI). Salary will be according to the applicant’s qualifications. The successful applicant will be based at Gemenos, France.
Required skills:
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications:

At least five years’ technical/consulting experience in load testing for end-user clients with a thorough knowledge of at least one load testing software (experience with LoadRunner would be an advantage);

Fluent English; one other foreign language (in addition to French) would be an advantage;

Thorough knowledge of Web components (networks, servers etc.) and technologies (e.g. J2EE, .Net);

Engineering (IT or telecoms) or Masters I/II (computer studies) diploma;

Mobility (up to 50% of time is taken up travelling, with trips lasting up to 10 days);

Good technical writing skills;
-
Adaptability, good interpersonal skills (clients and work colleagues), personal commitment.

Neotys is seeking to recruit an Account Executive.
Position Overview
Neotys has several positions open for qualified software sales professionals.
The Account Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing sales opportunities for NeoLoad. Account Executives are key members of the Neotys team and
work closely with Pre sales consultants to develop new business and manage/grow existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to identify new prospects.
- Qualify leads generated from trial product activities and follow-up on prioritized prospects.
- Deliver product and corporate presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle.
- Identify and coordinate internal resources (pre-sales and professional services) to support revenue growth.
- Close new business and generate new accounts.
- Grow revenues in existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities, including promoting new product features and additional services.
- Maintain CRM database.
- Meet/exceed monthly and annual quotas.
Knowledge, Skill, Experience and Education
- Five years of software sales experience in the infrastructure or QA/Testing market.
- A verifiable record of success in generating new business and revenue growth while achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior success in a software start up or growth stage Company.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, application software and Web 2.0 technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
- Four year college degree; preference for computer science or other technical degrees.

Neotys is recruiting a junior Sales Executive – Location : Gemenos, South of France 
Position Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing sales opportunities for Neotys software and services. Sales Executives work closely with Pre sales
consultants to develop new business and manage/grow existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads generated from trial product and marketing activities and follow-up on prioritized prospects
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Identify and coordinate internal resources (pre-sales and professional services) to support revenue growth
- Deliver product and corporate presentations
- Participate to action plans to identify new prospects
- Close new business and generate new accounts
- Grow revenues in existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities, including promoting new product features and additional services

- Participate in tradeshows and conferences
Knowledge, Skill, Experience and Education
- Ability to sell, present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals
- Must be comfortable in selling mostly over the phone
- Must speak fluently English and at least one other language (spanish, portuguese)
- French knowledge is necessary
- Strong verbal communication as well as written skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Knowledge of IT Industry preferred
- Minimum 3 year college degree in Commerce / International Business
